Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities/Operations, or related field (engineering background preferred)
- Minimum 3 years operations/facility management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills in English
Passionate educators delivering outdoor and environmental education for children and young people, creating safe and engaging learning adventure experiences. Three levels: Lead, Junior, and Assistant Facilitator.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver daily camp activities
- Supervise campers for safety and well-being
- Lead games and experiential learning sessions
- Provide mentorship and guidance to participants
- Support camp operations and logistics
- Maintain attendance records and progress reports
- Communicate with staff, campers, and parents
- Lead Facilitator: Oversee program delivery and supervise junior/assistant facilitators
Requirements
- Full working rights in Indonesia
- Degree in Education, Communication, Science, Environmental Science, or English Literature
- Minimum 1 year teaching/leading experience with children
- Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)
- High interest in the natural world and sustainability
- Physically fit, dependable, able to work long days outdoors
- First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
- Child Safeguarding Form signature required
Teach in the Green English Camp — an immersive 10–20 day interdisciplinary English program for ages 7–12. Three levels: Lead, Junior, and Assistant Teacher.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver interactive English learning sessions
- Facilitate day programs ensuring camper safety
- Support schedules, special events, and camp operations
- Guide and mentor campers
- Maintain attendance and progress records
- Communicate with staff, campers, and parents
- Lead Teacher: Develop curriculum and supervise junior/assistant teachers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field
- ELL/TEFL teaching experience
- Prior experience with children in camps or similar settings
- Energetic, physically active, comfortable outdoors
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
- Child Safeguarding Form signature required
Support daily operational execution and program implementation, focusing on activity area preparation, equipment, materials, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize equipment and activity areas before and after programs
- Transport equipment for on-site and off-site activities
- Monitor and report facility/equipment maintenance needs
- Prepare supplies per program requirements
Requirements
- Male, maximum age 30
- Minimum 3 months field/operational experience
- Physically healthy, accustomed to outdoor work
- Can work independently and in teams, including shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Child Safeguarding Form signature required
Maintains cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort across accommodations, classrooms, common facilities, and outdoor areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and organize guest accommodations, classrooms, and common facilities
- Maintain outdoor and activity area cleanliness
- Maintain pool area hygiene
- Manage linens and basic hygiene supplies
- Report facility damage or supply shortages
- Uphold Green Camp cleanliness standards
Requirements
- Female, maximum age 30
- Minimum 6 months housekeeping experience
- Hospitality/tourism background (preferred)
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Can work independently/in teams, including shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Child Safeguarding Form signature required
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Officer maintains and repairs facility systems ensuring optimal, safe, and reliable operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair of MEP systems
- Conduct routine checks on pumps, water heaters, electrical installations, panels, lights, and piping
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and facility damage
- Install/repair technical equipment and perform light building maintenance
- Ensure workplace safety and optimal facility function
Requirements
- Male, maximum age 35
- Minimum SMK Technical qualification (Electrical/Mechanical/Electro engineering)
- Minimum 1 year building/MEP maintenance experience
- Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing fundamentals
- Can work independently/in teams, including shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Child Safeguarding Form signature required
