Cancellation Policy
Refund Schedule
- 45+ days before camp start: 50% refund
- Less than 45 days before camp start: No refund
- Full refund only if: Green Camp cancels due to low enrollment or force majeure
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- No-shows or failure to attend without prior notice
- Temporary absence during the camp program
- Early withdrawal by camper or parent/guardian
- Dismissal due to behavioural issues
- Natural disasters or civil unrest (where Green Camp is not at fault)
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 45 days in advance and are subject to availability. Please contact sales@greencampbali.com to discuss options.
